Finished the portal scene! It’s great! I love writing this book. It’s the most fun thing to do. I hope all works well when it comes time to publish. I’m not concerned much with earning royalties; I just have such an immense love for my book that I want to share it with the world!
I think I’m going to submit the first twelve pages as my workshop in writing class. I’ll have to make fourteen copies, so (jeez) that’s about 168 pages total. Wow! At $0.15 per page, I’m going to be paying $25 something just to print it. I hope it’s worth the trouble.
I feel guilty…I skipped history class to work on my book today. That’s really bad, considering I had three hours to work on it before morning classes, and still yet another hour during my lunch break. I need to get my priorities straight.
The good news is that I’m getting better. I can see it – feel it. I’m improving much where writing skill is concerned. It must be all the Creative Writing classes. And I’m starting to love the handbook. Maybe I won’t sell it (nobody is replying anyway). On any account, things in the writing department are well. I hope all continues smoothly. Until next time…
